Ciara reveals which kid guessed she was pregnant with baby No. 5 before announcement

Ciara and Russell Wilson are expanding their family, and one of their children believes they knew before the announcement.

The Super Bowl champion and Grammy-winning singer told the public that they were expecting baby No. 5 earlier this week and had a separate announcement with their children at home. Before the couple shared with their other children: shares four children: Future Zahir (Ciara's son from a previous relationship with rapper Future), Sienna Princess, Win Harrison, and Amora Princess.

Ciara and Russell Wilson attended the US Open with their children on Sept. 11 when the singer shared that their daughter, Sienna, was the one to be skeptical months ago.

"[Sienna] told me months ago, and I looked at her and I said, 'No, I'm not [pregnant]," Ciara told the outlet. "And I never told her, I never confirmed it. But I'm like, this little girl has this special like sense. Yeah, so she has this ability where she can say there's a baby in your stomach and my stomach is flat as day. So she told me this like a few months ago and no one could really see anything."

Sienna began to have her suspicions when they went to a jumping arena, and when the nine-year-old asked if Ciara would go on the slide with her, she said she couldn't because of back pain. Sienna was persistent in wanting to play with her mom, so she asked if they could play soccer, and she said, "Yeah, I can play around."

Ciara and Russell told the children in a separate video that they shared on social media. The couple counted down to five in Spanish, and then Ciara revealed her growing baby bump.

"I can guess the babies no matter how long before she's pregnant," Sienna told People.

Ciara and Russell shared with the world their special announcement on Sept. 6.

In the video, the couple posted a film aesthetic of Ciara putting a baby shirt on a clothesline in their backyard. She wore her hair in rollers with a white tank top and blue jeans as she showed off her growing baby bump. Towards the end of the clip, she puts her hand up to the camera to reference the couple welcoming their fifth baby.

Russell also makes an appearance in the video, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black sunglasses as they both smile at the camera as he puts his hands up, referencing baby No. 5.

"One more person to Love," the couple captioned the joint post on Instagram.

Ciara recently shared that after welcoming Amora in December 2023, the Super Bowl champion asked about wanting baby No. 5.

“I will tell you, when I was giving birth to Amora, that was our fourth baby, he was like shortly after, ‘So, cinco?’ and I’m like, ‘Wait a minute now, like slow it down, sir," Ciara told Us Weekly earlier this month. "We just had a baby here. Let’s be in this moment here, sir.’”
