This post discusses weight loss and body image.
The former offensive lineman, who had to maintain a high caloric intake throughout his career, previously revealed that he weighed around 295 lbs while with the Philadelphia Eagles, and wanted to “slim down” to 250 lbs.

Months later, Jason clarified that while he was looking “forward to losing” weight, he didn’t want to get “too small.” “For me, I feel like for some reason, 250 to 260 feels like I'll be still big and be happy with the way I look without having a six-pack. But I’ll still be able to have that stature a little bit,” he told GQ.

Throughout his health journey, Jason has documented the highs and the lows. Last May, he admitted that while he’d made progress, he was also struggling to keep physically fit without “straining muscles.”

That said, he has shared glimpses at what his body looks like over the past couple of years — including a bunch of super “ripped” workout photos posted last August. And now, Jason has given fans a much more candid look at his physique in a new YouTube video.

In the latest episode of his Kelce Versus video series, Jason attempted sumo wrestling, which involved wearing nothing but a traditional loincloth known as a mawashi.

After being told that he has the physique of a real sumo wrestler, Jason said of his body: “My belly is a little bit amped up. I’ve been eating a lot of ice cream this summer.”
